FlyPlay is an Italian travel agency which invites and involves people to visit Italy. The company’s market is worldwide and they can organize flights, tours, hotels and entertainments to the tourists that want to spend nice time in Italy and know it more locally. For this purpose they needed and effective and strong online presence, something that could help them to appear modern and young.
The name “FlyPlay” is a mix of the verbs to fly and to play, the mission was to find an element that would mix the two verbs in a visual way. The idea came to create a play icon that is pointing on top-right and with a trail on back that simulates the flight as a little airplane.
The logo mark has been associated with the logotype. The main logo is the extended horizontal version, but it van be used also a different one which has a logo mark above and the logotype below.
Colors and font
The client wanted to appear as a young and modern travel agency, I have decided to apply a green color palette for the whole visual identity, using some solid colors and also some gradients. For the logotype I went with a rounded sans serif family font, which has multiple weights, the Quicksand.
